Reservations
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your schedule service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
Although we offer specific spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. A 24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment, 48 hours for couples/small groups. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
Age Requirment
The minimum age to receive services at Ocean Day Spa is 16.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without giving prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services for their "missed" appointment. The charge for the service will be billed on the scheduled appointment date. If using a gift certificate or a prepaid package, it will be redeemed and forfeited. Cancellations made one hour prior to the scheduled appointment time will be considered a "NO SHOW" and will be billed accordingly. If you are late for your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you, however, you will be responsible for the full cost of service.
